This is not a test. May I know more details on the unit? Since this is a walk up apartment, where transactions are few and far between, it will not be feasible to estimate what could be a reasonable price for sale. It will be important to look into comparison of similar units available for sale in the market and do a positioning based on that, and subsequently look into the response from the market to determine any repositioning of pricing.
